RIDE CALENDAR HAS BEEN MOVED TO THE FORUM. SEE RIDE CALENDAR IN THE GIRL TORQUE FORUM.
Starting Point (SP) We are now meeting at the BP Forest Glen servo SOUTHBOUND.
If you are coming from the Caloundra direction exit off at Forest Glen,
turn right under the bridge and immediately left. That will bring you to
the BP southbound, if you are coming from Nambour, Maroochydore direction, take
first exit (Forest Glen) off the highway after the big roundabout.
The venue is cleaner not as busy and all bitumen.
There is fuel, air and toilets there.
We do ask though if you have to get fuel, please fuel up there so we can
use their facilities as they are inside the service station.
We leave at 8.30am on our rides so please make sure you are there before
8.30 all fuelled up and ready to go by 8.15am. Please be fueled and ready to go at these times, unless the ride leader has asked for another time. If for some reason you can't make the starting point, please contact the ride leader or someone else who is attending the ride to arrange a rendezvous point along the ride. The amount of rides and the length of ride is entirely up to you. If the group is going on, but you have a prior arrangement, just come part of the way and leave when you need to.
Coffee Run (CR)Usually on a Saturday morning, finishing up at a place to have tea or coffee and maybe a bite to eat. In time to head home around lunch time.
Day Ride (DR)Usually a Sunday ride, leaving the start point and stopping a couple of times, once for coffee and the next stop for lunch. The lunch destinations are best pre-booked, but depending on the size of the group an impromptu destination may be possible.
